Okay. Now the first step is to make sure that your domino goal is still. Right for you. You're not the same person you were when you started. After all that deep self exploration, things might have shifted a little bit. So let's make sure before we develop a plan that you're going to commit to for the next 12 months, let's make sure it still feels right.
So we're going to reflect on your goal. We're going to refine it to make sure it aligns to your core motivation. Again, your domino goal, if it's connected. To your core motivation. If it feels right, that's what we're going to build around a T for you to take action on for the next 12 months. So we're going to do a similar exercise that we did when we created our core motivation to sort of double check to fact check our.
Um, domino goal to see if we can find a link to that core motivation. And to do that, we're going to do that five times formula where you're going to ask yourself again five times, what will this bring me? You might hit it in three, you might hit it in four, it might take five times. But again, it's very similar exercise.
But asking yourself that question, what does it bring you? And in order to give you sort of some context for this exercise to remind you how we did it, I'm going to share mine with you. So my domino goal, my big goal that I want to achieve over the next 12 months is to sell 10,000 units of my online program.
It's a huge goal. Um, but you know, what's the point of it? Why do I want to do that? I need to drill down to make sure that there's a connection to that core motivation of mine, which was really focused around legacy and contribution. So let's see if it aligns. I'll share mine with you. So the first question I ask myself is, what will selling 10,000 units in 12 months?
Bring me. Right. Remember that? And for me, it's the ability to earn revenue without having to be present at the training. So what does the ability to earn revenue without having to be present at the training? Bring me, well, it brings me more financial resources so I can hire more staff as well as donate 5% of the gross revenue to a charity.
So what does hiring more staff and donating to a charity bring me? Well, it's the, it brings me the ability to help others, both in offering them work by growing their opportunity and supporting causes that are important to me. So the final time is what will the ability to help others, uh, both in.
Offering them work and supporting causes important to me. Well, it really, there's a direct line to contribution and legacy because it allows me to leave behind this piece of work where I don't need to be present, where my team can work with it without me as well as we sell those 10,000 units. I can contribute.
To a charity of my choice. So it really lands on legacy and contribution for me. So now it's your turn to use that five times formula to make sure that your domino goal, that you can connect it, uh, to your core motivation.
