Now that you have your brainstorming complete, it's time to begin to identify manageable chunks in a logical order to get you from where you are to where you want to be. You will think of the first thing, the last thing and everything in between!

Okay. Now that you've got all those bubbles around with your posts, hopefully you've used a lot of your PostIt notes. Um, again, this system is tried and true. I used it when I themed the data for my thesis and I use it when I theme data, when I work on a large project with a company. And, uh, when I take all the information from focus groups, I map it all out just like this, and I use posted notes, move it around to create my final report.
So just so you know, it is battle tested and proven. The next step is for you to think about, um. What are the logical chunks, if you can imagine sections and chunking it down into sort of kind of bigger steps, combining things into steps and, um, to do this, I want you to just look again at that goal, at your mind map with all the categories, all the bubbles, all the tasks that need to be done and start to think about from start to finish.
What is the first thing. That needs to be done and what is the last thing? And then all the stuff in between. So for me, my first thing was I needed to name the course. And my last thing was to celebrate 10,000 units sold. Okay. And then the hard part was everything in between. So I was able to identify categories of, um, of, um, tasks or larger chunks of work that needed to be done in order to map it out in a logical order.
For example, I had to develop the product, I had to produce it, I had to Mark it, I had to sell. I had to do a prelaunch strategy. Then thinking about what is version two? After we get some feedback, uh, mass market, um, advertising. Then evaluate again, and then a 3.0 and then celebrating 10,000. So that's kind of the things that had to happen in the middle.
Those are large. Uh, chunks. Right? Um, and, and that's what I want you to do, to think about some logical chunks in order that need to be accomplished from the first thing you have to do to the last thing and everything in between. So take whatever time you need, look at your mind map, look at your bubbles and see if you can theme it into.
