Welcome back. Now what we're going to do is start the first step of my three step process, which is called identify where you're going to create your next story. You look at your backstory, you look at your now story, and that work really laid the foundation, like think of it as a launch pad from which to build your next story upon, and I can't think of a better quote to inspire us to create your next story.
Then the one from George Sheehan where he says. Unless you are an identical twin, you are unique and never to be repeated event your parents can make love a million times and never again reproduce the same genetic pattern you are the only chance this planet has for your unique contribution. Well, others expectations, rules and roles be your focus.
Will you be only what you think you should be or will you occur. Those are profound words. What an inspirational setting for you to develop your next story and the first step to developing your next story is to create what I call a domino goal. Well, what's a domino goal? Okay, let me explain. When I was a kid, I used to play with those domino tiles and I would spend hours setting them up and creating different designs and I couldn't wait for that moment.
Then I was able to push that one tile over that caused all the other ones to move. And that's my thinking around a domino goal. That a goal that's big enough, that when you move towards it, it impacts every part of your life. And you know, that may seem really big and impossible and scary, but our big dreams may seem impossible.
However, if you're willing to sum it up, the courage to face that little voice. That says, tone it down and feel your fear. You can accomplish anything because you are inevitable. Now, let me explain. If you're willing to do the work, to look at yourself, to sit in the fire of your fear and that emotion and to allow that voice to stay here.
But not take it in and move towards that big goal that you want to achieve. You are inevitable. Anything is possible and nothing is fixed.
This next exercise, you're going to put meat on the bones of that domino goal. What you're going to do is think about what you want to create a year from now. Take your time. Put a lot of thought into it, and as you develop your domino goal, what I want you to think about and to write about is what you'll be seeing, feeling, feeling, smelling, hearing, touching.
