All right. Now that you were able to lay the concept of choice over that scenario that you used when you were looking for your level five truth. What I'm hoping you're able to see is that the choices that you make, you either get a pay off or there's a cost, and only when the cost outweighs the benefit or the payoff.
Do we make a change in our life? I also kind of planted a seed about values. I asked you to consider if any of your top five values were compromised in that scenario. You are a hundred percent responsibility responsible for the circumstances and conditions in your life. So when I think about this concept of responsibility, I feel like Holy smokes a hundred percent that's a lot. So I thought, well, what if I just took 5% more? What if I started small and built from there so I could gain momentum?
So what I have for you is an exercise called responsibility sentence stems, and I'm going to invite you to consider. Just taking 5% more and that'll help you get momentum. And the four areas, I want you to look at taking 5% more responsibility or your finances, your relationships, the attainment of your goals and your self esteem.
So take a few minutes and complete those sentence stems. And see what you come up with. .
