Alright. Now that you've identified where each of the eight areas of your life fit into your domino goal, being the primary, secondary, or tertiary. Now the rest of our time, we're going to spend mapping out, setting up a structure or a framework for you to take action over the next 12 months to make sure that you render your domino goal practical.
So we're going to take seven steps. The first is we're going to map, then we're going to identify categories. Then we're going to chunk it down into logical. Um. Components that you'll work on that that you'll divide onto what I call your activation timeline, so you can set it up month by month, what needs to happen each month.
Then you're going to break it into a 90 day activation strategy, and you're going to do four 90 day strategies. Over the next 12 months, and then I'm going to introduce you to one of my very favorite tools I use all the time called top five things I learned from Jack Canfield. And then I'm going to remind you once a month to check in on your monthly life balance wheel, just to check in to see how.
All of those eight areas of your life are, uh, so, so nothing's being left behind. So what we're going to do now is the first step, it's called mapping. And a mind map is when you, uh, you brainstorm all the things that you need to take into account, all the tasks you need to do, the resources you need to allocate to ensure that you can achieve your domino goal.
So what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you a little bit about how I mapped. This project out for my domino goal. So all right? What you do is you put a circle in the middle and that's where you will write your domino goal in minus 10,000 units sold in 12 months. And then remember, this is just a brainstorm.
You're not going to get it all on one round, but just begin to think about all the categories and all the things, the resources, and the tasks and the functions that you need to complete to achieve your domino goal. For example, I had to think of sales marketing budget. This is going to cost money production.
I have to consider what platform I'm going to use. I needed to have some form of ongoing, uh, testing. Okay. And feedback. Also, in order to achieve my 10,000, I had to be okay. My email list and I would need to, um. Make agreements with some affiliates to help expand my reach. I had to look at who on my team would be on the project.
I had to, um, think about student materials, um, materials, resources, see anything you can think of. Just map it out. What is the content design. Um, so all those things. Now, once you feel like you have a list, like, Oh yeah, what are the next steps? Next steps for students, all those kinds of things. Anything you can think of, you're just brainstorming.
And once you're done, this first round of brainstorming again, the list is never complete, but circle each category. All right. And after you circle each category, you'll see that I am drawing a line from each category bubble. I call it a category bubble into by dominal goal, just to remind me that everything is connected to this goal of mine.
All right, so now. Now that you've kind of got the idea of how to mind map your project. What I want you to do, the best way that I find is to get a piece of flip chart paper, a big piece of paper. If you don't have one, just use a regular piece of paper, but again, posted on the wall and know that this is an organic list.
You're going to think of new things because like you don't know what you don't know. I can tell you my list changed. My bubbles added. I took some out because some things weren't applicable anymore, but just have it in front of you so that you can see it all the time and be able to add to it. Um, again, you don't know what you don't know, so it's going to change.
But this is a great start because from this, we're going to then further develop each of the tasks that are required. To accomplish those categories. So take your time, mind map, your domino goal, and when you come back, I'd like you to have some it notes handy because I'm going to show you how I, um, how I organize tasks when I'm working on my 90 day strategies.
All right? So go ahead, mind map your goal and, uh, find a nice place on the wall to post it. And, uh. Let's get ready on the next section to break it down into tasks.
