Okay, now that you've identified your big chunks, I like to call them. It might change again. Um, this is a process of evolution and development, and you're kind of building that bridge as you walk on it, as I've said before. But the next thing is we've created a worksheet page for you that has, uh, all 12 months.
Lined up number one to 12. And what I want you to do is think about how you would map out those chunks that you identified and how long each chunk would take. For example, um, I have, uh, two months to develop the product, and then I had, uh, two months to produce the product. So it took me four months before I even began to promote it, and we did a webinar to promote it.
So thinking about. What has to happen in each month in order to keep it moving forward. But to give you a guide for where you should be at a certain time and your goal. Remember, it has to be measurable, time-bound, and specific. So for example, I want to sell 10,000 units, but I'm not even going to hit the ground selling until month five.
So I have to think about, I have eight months. To sell 10,000 units. So if I break that down, if I chunk it down, I have about 242 days, about 240 days to sell, which means 42 units a day. Am I going to sell 42 units a day? No, I'm going to build momentum, but essentially, if I want to track myself to get to that 10,000 I have about eight months to do it because I have to take into account the preparation and the production.
So. The best you can. Again, it's gonna wiggle. Life's going to happen. You're going to have to readjust and realign yourself, but you need a place to start in order to get you from where you are to where you want to be. You've got to figure out where you're starting from, right? So take your time. Again, everything just takes whatever time it takes you.
This is not a race. That's why this is self directed learning and map it out the best you can over the next 12 months. What you think would need to happen each month. To get you from the first thing to the last thing. All right. And um, I have my example for you in your, in your workbook, you can check that out to see how I did it.
And that might help you guide in your thinking as well.
