  • You've come to the end of the program and it's not really the end of anything. It's actually the start. This is where you hit the start button. You've put a lot of work in. Remember you looked at those three things that, uh, three people, three decisions and, um, three events that happened in your life that brought you to where you are.
  • You then answered those five big questions and the most important question of those five big questions is, what are you doing right now that's working that might be getting in the way of your own evolution? So think about all those things that you're doing that are just familiar. Because it's comfortable.
  • And I'll tell you, here's, here's how I see this. Um, uh, framework that you're working in. It's like you're building a house and you're framing it up, and you might not necessarily be able to furnish every room in the house, but you're creating the framework. So when you're ready, you can. And you're going to have to make some decisions.
  • You're going to have to let some things go that are familiar or comfortable. I can tell you like my whole domino goal is around contribution and legacy, right? I wanted to leave something behind and I want to contribute to my community. And, um, a few, a few months ago, I thought, well, I want to contribute to my community.
  • So I joined rotary. I joined a bunch of service clubs so I could give back. And what I found that was that it wasn't feeding my soul. Even though belonging to rotary is a great noble cause, and I, I commend anyone who's a part of rotary, I realized that the form that I was contributing to my community wasn't serving my core motivation and I let it go.
  • So thinking about that question, what are you doing that's working. Um, that might be getting in the way of your own evolution. For me, it was kind of popping out and doing all this volunteer work, and I really wanted to serve my community and I want to contribute in a meaningful way. And as I developed this domino goal, I realized that I could give 5% of my gross revenue.
  • To a charity of my choice so I can feed my soul with sharing my work with the world and I can contribute to a charity of choice. I had to make a decision. So I choose chose to let rotary go. So you might have to let some things go. And that involves difficult conversations with people because they have expectations of you.
  • So my tip to you is when you're ending something to say to whoever it is, this is. This is not against you. It's for me. Because when you're living your deepest core motivation, you're serving the world. The world needs your unique contribution. So thinking about what is it that you're doing that you need to pull away?
  • I'm not suggesting you quit everything tomorrow. But I am suggesting that you get really mindful and strategic about how you spend your time because you just invested a whole boatload of time, thought and growth in creating this master plan to achieve your domino goal over the next 12 months. Don't waste it.
  • Time is precious. And also celebrate along the way when you've, when you've let something go, I can't tell you the weight that came off me when I let things go that no longer served my goal. It was freedom and I celebrated those little things along the way. And I continue to celebrate. I have to remind myself why I'm working so hard.
  • So now that you've completed that 90 day strategy, you know. You can, you know, congratulate yourself, but also recognize you put a lot in because you have something to give to the world. And if you follow this strategy, I promise you, in 12 months or less, you will render that go up practical. You will. It's foolproof.
  • I've used it in many different instances in my life, and you can use this framework for big things and small things, but right now you're using it to map out the next 12 months of your life because you have a big contribution you want to give to the world. The other thing I want you to know and remember what's so important is balance.
  • But balance is an illusion. Remember, we picked out your primary, secondary, and tertiary, um, areas of focus for your domino goal. But we want to take your whole life into account. You don't want to get to that finish line, only to have left, um, important things like your health or your friends or your family behind.
  • So that monthly check in. And your, your life balance wheel is going to be so helpful for you. And you can re re align, reconfigure, and um, and recommit to yourself, uh, about this goal that you are, you have designed from the inside out. Remember, alignment is key. Alignment to your values and your car.
  • Motivation is key. And remember that second thing that people often forget. Is they forget that everything you do causes something to move. Everything is connected. So remember, if you're focusing on a financial goal, don't forget about your health. Don't forget about the family. Don't forget about your mindfulness practice.
  • It might not be the main focus, but make sure those parts of you are still alive so that in 12 months from now, you are a whole fully integrated human who's achieved your great goal. Thinking about that life balance, right? It's, it's never that we're never in perfect balance. If we're in perfect balance, that's called death.
  • You're dead. Nothing new coming in, nothing going out. There's no such thing as a constant solid state in life, and I'll prove it to you right now. Right now, I want you to stand up and I want you to balance on one foot, and even though I can't see you. I know how this ends. When you feel like you're balanced, raise your hand, and when your hand is raised, what I want you to do is send your attention to your foot.
  • What's happening right now, that foot that you're standing on, it's recalibrating. It's recalibrating. It's, it's, it's evening itself out. You know? That's what this is all about. This strategy is, um, allowing for changes for rebalancing, reconnection. Sometimes we go backwards. I call that a retrograde.
  • Sometimes we go back in our life and you might say to yourself, I thought, I thought I handled this. Remember we, we looked at those five levels of truth and that level five fear. Just because you identified it, it doesn't mean it's going to go away. Fear doesn't go away. It just doesn't need a vote. So just recognizing that sometimes we're going to go backwards and it's going to feel hard.
  • But you know what? Remind yourself of your core motivation. Remind yourself why you're doing it, and give yourself a break. Take a breath. It's okay. Regroup, realign, and move forward. Do stuff. Just do lots of stuff. Do a little thing every day towards your domino goal, and you'll find over time in seven days, you've done seven things.
  • If you follow the rule of five, you will have done 35 things towards accomplishing your goal. Little things every day add up to big things. So just take your time, be methodical, be strategic, take a break. Allow yourself to be Gigli. Allow yourself to retrograde. Because you know what? When we fall back, it's the best reminder.
  • We remind ourselves how far we've come, and just the, the key is not that we don't fall back, it's just don't stay there so long. You'll notice yourself if you use those tools. Getting to that level five truth, understanding how to be ruthless and telling the truth to yourself and skillful and telling the truth to others.
  • Recognizing the power of mindset, the fixed mindset and the growth mindset. Having that conversation in your head. What would I do in this moment if I had a growth mindset. What might be different and then taking a hundred percent responsibility. You see those pillars of self-understanding, mindset, truth, and choice are fundamental in your success.
  • As you move through and you bump into yourself over and over again, you're going to bump into yourself, right? Remember, I woke up in the middle of the night. I ran out of my bed and I looked out the window and I saw my own reflection. You're going to look out a window and see a mirror. When something's triggering you, when something's got you on fire, just sit in it.
  • Just allow it and recognize is there a value of mine that's being bumped up against and reconfigure and realign and take a hundred percent responsibility for how you're feeling in that moment because you created it. And you can uncreate it. Every event that happens in your life is neutral. It has no meaning.
  • You give it meaning. So tap into that power between the event and the response and recalibrate and realign. Remind yourself of what's possible and what you've committed to. We're going to learn and we're going to grow. And um, anything is possible and nothing is fixed. And remember. At the end of the day, you are inevitable.
