  • Okay. Now that you've got the baseline, right, you've identified what's working in each area, what could be better, and you gave it a score and you've got a visual of where you are in each area of your life. So you can see that in your mind's eye. This next step is the fun part. I'm going to take you through a guided visualization.
  • We're, we're gonna. I'm going to walk you through each of those eight areas of your life and you're going to imagine what you'll be experiencing, what you'll be thinking, feeling, tasting, touching, seeing around you. Where will you be? Who will be around you when your domino goal is fully achieved 12 months from now?
  • What each area of your life will look like. So this is where you get to just go wild and imagine and dream because remember, thoughts become things, right. What you're thinking about right now is going to be your experience a year from now. Cause everything you're experiencing right now is because you were thinking about it a year ago.
  • So let's, let's really leverage thoughts, become things, and begin to visualize what it would look like in our whole life if we achieved our domino goal. So how this is going to work is I'm going to invite you to close your eyes and take a deep breath, and I'm going to guide you through imagining each of those eight areas as fully realized and in between each area.
  • I'm going to give you about a two minute break. So you're going to close your eyes. You're going to imagine it, visualize it. When I say open your eyes, you're going to open your eyes and take two minutes. To write it down, everything that you came up with, everything that you saw in that area of your life.
  • And then in two minutes I'm going to ask you to close your eyes again and we're going to go into the next area, or we're going to do that eight times. And, um, go wild. It just get very clear and vivid because the more clear you are. The more you'll be able to see opportunities to go get those kinds of things.
  • Cause if you, for example, I remember years ago when I wanted to buy a new vehicle called, it was a Honda pilot. This is a long time ago, and I'd never even really seen them before. And then when I decided I wanted to buy one, I saw them everywhere. So by visualizing these areas of your life is fully realized in your domino goal, you'll begin to pick out and notice things around you.
  • That are helping you in your favor to achieve your goal. Okay? So that's what we're going to do now. So what I'd like you to do is sit in your chair, uh, make sure you're comfortable. It's quiet. You have about the next 20 minutes that you won't be interrupted, okay. And get comfortable in your chair, close your eyes, and, um, like take a deep breath.
  • Notice how your body feels on the chair and imagine yourself with your goal, fully realized that you couldn't achieve it more than you're achieving it right now. Everything that you thought possible has been realized and now think about your spiritual practice or your mindfulness practice. What's happening around you?
  • What are you doing consistently? What are you seeing, feeling, tasting? Where are you
  • imagining your domino goal fully achieved? What would your spiritual practice or your mindfulness practice be like.
  • When you have a clear picture, open your eyes. And take the next two minutes to describe it as fully and as vividly as you can for your spiritual or mindfulness practice.
  • Okay. Close your eyes again. Take a deep breath. Notice how your body feels and imagine your goal fully achieved. And thinking of the life area of legacy and contribution, what are you seeing? What are you feeling? What's happening around you? Who's around you? Where are you? Uh, and the life areas, area of legacy and contribution is fully realized by you achieving your domino goal.
  • What's happening.
  • When you're ready, open your eyes.
  • And write down a clear picture of what your legacy or contribution would look like with your domino goal. Fully realized
  • now close your eyes again. Take a deep breath.
  • Notice how your body feels on your chair.
  • I'm thinking about your life area of personal development. Your domino goal is fully realized what's happening around you. What have you learned? What new skills have you acquired? What new insights about yourself? Do you notice any different, anything different about how you interact with the world around you?
  • Okay. When you're ready, open your eyes and write a clear description of everything that you'd be experiencing in the life area of personal development with your goal fully realized.
  • Okay. Close your eyes again. Take a deep breath in. Let it out. Notice how your body feels on the chair again. And think about your career or your business development.
  • What does this look like with your domino goal? Fully achieved  what's happening around you? What's changed? What are you experiencing? What are you seeing? Who's there? Where are you? Describe it as clearly as you can. As much detail
  • When you're ready, open your eyes and write down
  • all those things you'll be experiencing when your domino goal is fully realized in the area of career and business development.
  • Okay. Come back, close your eyes again and take a deep breath in.
  • notice how your body feels and imagine the life area of fun, recreation, and hobbies. What's happening in your life as a result of achieving your domino goal fully. What are you doing for fun? What are you doing for recreation? Have you developed any new hobbies?
  • Okay. When you're ready, open your eyes
  • and write as clear a picture as possible of what you'd be experiencing in the area of fun, recreation, and hobbies. Was your domino goal fully realized
  • come back. Now we're going to explore the area of relationships. Close your eyes, take a deep breath
  • and notice how your body feels
  • and think about your relationships, the connections to the people around you, your family, your friends, your new friends.
  • What are your relations? What are you experiencing in your relationships now that your domino goal is fully realized? You have new relationships? Are they richer, deeper? Who's around you?
  • Okay. Open your eyes and take a couple of minutes to write down a clear picture of what your relationships are, the connections to the people around you would be like, once you achieve your domino goal fully.
  • Okay. Now we're going to look at the area of health. So I'd like you to, again, close your eyes and take a deep breath. You've been at this for a while, so I'd like you to take a couple and just notice how your body feels. Let go of any tension  and imagine yourself with your domino goal fully achieved.
  • What would you be experiencing.
  • Regarding your health? Have you joined a gym? Have you taken on a new fitness regiment, a new nutrition program? Have you changed your diet, your exercise? What are you doing now that your domino goal is fully achieved? In the area of your health.
  • When you're ready, open your eyes
  • with as much clarity as possible. Write down what you'll be experiencing. In the area of your health one year from now.
  • Okay, come back. Now the last area we're going to look at is your financial area of your life. So close your eyes. Take a deep breath.
  • Notice how your body feels in the chair. Take another deep breath in. Let it out, and imagine what you'll be experiencing in the life area of your finances. What are your assets? Have you ever reduced your debt?
  • What is it that you'd be experiencing in the financial area of your life with your domino goal? Fully realized
  • when you're ready, open your eyes. And write as clear a picture as possible of what you'll be experiencing in the area of your finances with your domino goal. Fully realized
  • So now that we've gone through all of the eight areas of your life. Imagining your domino goal fully realized everything around you. Every area of your life is impacted by achieving this goal. Take a moment and read everything that you've written and feel it in your body and notice how you feel.
  • Imagining yourself. Fully realizing that big domino goal and how every area of your life is impacted in a positive way. And notice that, and whenever you find yourself feeling like you're being pulled away or distracted, go back to this list and read it through and close your eyes and feel it again and get yourself back on track.
  • And remind yourself of why you put all of this time into creating your action plan going forward. Remember in the domino effect life framework, the more time you take to create that beautiful design, when you act on it, you're going to create a beautiful picture.
