It's important to reflect and integrate each step of your learning. You will take a few minutes to sit quietly and reflect specifically on your key insights and learnings and capture this key learning in your workbook.

Well. Now we've completed the first section, so I'm just going to give you a high level recap of what we did. I talked a little bit about the course itself and my why alignment and becoming, and the premise showed her and quote just, I mean, it nailed it. It really captured the essence of this course that things come together and things fall apart.
And this course has really provided a framework for you to move forward and to navigate the ups and downs and the coming together in the falling apart. I introduced you to four key concepts, self esteem and self concept. Or remember our self concept is how we feel about what we think of ourself and our self esteem is how we feel about our self concept.
Or we might have a high self esteem or a low self esteem. High self esteem allows us to take more chances and more risks and we're more open and flexible, a low self esteem. We might hold back and be more reserved and rigid and we're going to work on in the next chapter. How to break through that. Then I talked about our untested beliefs and how our, if our beliefs go untested, they might be holding us back because remember the beliefs you hold today.
Hold the seeds for our future. So what we're thinking about right now, we're going to manifest a year from now. So we're going to be really mindful and really strategic about our beliefs and our thinking. And then we talked a little bit about our subconscious mind, how some things we're not aware of, and some of those things we're not aware of are some strengths, but also they're also those things that might hold us back.
Our limiting beliefs that we're not really. Uh, conscious of those behaviors, those defenses that pop through. More on that later. We took all of that and then we looked at the power of three exercise to explore our backstory, what got us here, and then the five big questions for what I call our now story.
We've built a really strong foundation. So I want to take a minute and I want to help you really get grounded in your learning. So. What I'd like you to do now is sit up straight in your chair. Just get comfortable and, uh, feet firmly on the floor and close your eyes. And I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it for a minute, and then exhale. Take another deep breath, deep cleansing breath, and exhale and notice how your body feels. And I'd like you to reflect on all your learning, your backstory, and your now story, the power of three and those five big questions. What did you learn?
You take another deep cleansing breath and why does it matter.
What difference could this learning make
and what might you do differently as a result of this learning or insight?
So take another deep breath in and exhale. And when you're ready, open your eyes and answer those questions. On your reflection worksheet in your workbook, and I'll see you in the next module.
