In this video, I'm going to go over the subscriber profile. You can get to any subscribers profile by clicking on them from the subscribers list, and you can use the search bar on the side to narrow it down and find someone specific. Once you're on their profile. The default tab is the history tab here is where you'll see a chronological list of every email this subscriber has received from your ConvertKit account.
If you hover over the date, you can also see the exact time the email was sent. This colored circle next to the email is also meaningful. We have this reference guide available in our knowledge base, but you don't have to memorize these. You can also just hover over the icon directly on their profile, and it will tell you what it means from the sidebar of their profile.
You can see information about the subscriber, such as their status on your list, their geographical location, fields, pigs, and segments. You also have the options to delete or unsubscribe this subscriber from your list. As well as to delete tags or add new ones, you can also leave, remove subscribers from their segments.
And what this will do is prevent them from being included in that segment. Even if they match the criteria for it. Finally, you can also click these tabs along the top to get more information such as which visual automations and sequences they're in which forms they've signed up to you and which purchases they've made via the e-commerce platforms that integrate with our purchases feature.
